prajāḥ prajānāṃ patayo mūrtayaśca surāsurāḥ | indriyāṇīndriyārthāśca mahābhūtāni pañca ca

Translation

衆生と衆生の主たち、具現した諸形、デーヴァとアスラ、諸根とその対象、さらに五大（マハーブータ）—これら一切は（生起し働く）主の遍満する秩序のうちにあり、シヴァは最高のパティとして、束縛された魂とその束縛を統べ治める。
