उपमन्युतपः-निवारणप्रसङ्गः / Śiva restrains Upamanyu’s tapas (Śiva disguised as Indra)
स वारणश्चारु तदा विभुं तं निवीज्य वालव्यजनेन दिव्यम् । दधार शच्या सहितं सुरेंद्रं करेण वामेन शितातपत्रम्
sa vāraṇaścāru tadā vibhuṃ taṃ nivījya vālavyajanena divyam | dadhāra śacyā sahitaṃ sureṃdraṃ kareṇa vāmena śitātapatram
そのとき、麗しき象は天なるヤクの尾の払子で、遍く満ちる主をやさしく扇ぎ、左の手には白き天蓋を取り、舎脂(シャチー)を伴う天帝インドラの上にかざした。

It suggests upacāra-sevā as practice: offer respectful services in pūjā (such as fanning, honoring, and attentive presence) while mentally dedicating the act to Shiva with steady bhakti and remembrance of the Lord as vibhu (all-pervading).
