अर्धनारीश्वरप्रादुर्भावः
Manifestation of Ardhanārīśvara and the Impulse for Procreative Creation
वायुरुवाच । यदा पुनः प्रजाः सृष्टा न व्यवर्धन्त वेधसः । तदा मैथुनजां सृष्टिं ब्रह्मा कर्तुममन्यत
vāyuruvāca | yadā punaḥ prajāḥ sṛṣṭā na vyavardhanta vedhasaḥ | tadā maithunajāṃ sṛṣṭiṃ brahmā kartumamanyata
ヴァーユは言った。「秩序を定める者（ヴェーダス、すなわちブラフマー）が創った衆生がなお増え広がらぬとき、ブラフマーは、交合（マイトゥナ）より生ずる創造を行おうと決意した。宇宙の法に従い、子孫が増大するためである。」
