Umāyāḥ Kriyāyoga-Rahasya
The Esoteric Teaching on Umā’s Kriyāyoga
आन्दोलयेत्ततो देवीं महामायां महेश्वरीम् । श्रीगौरीं शिवसंयुक्तां सर्वकल्याणकारिणीम्
āndolayettato devīṃ mahāmāyāṃ maheśvarīm | śrīgaurīṃ śivasaṃyuktāṃ sarvakalyāṇakāriṇīm
それから、女神をやさしく揺らすべきである——大いなる幻力マハーマーヤー、至高の女主マヘーシュヴァリー、シヴァと常に結ばれたシュリー・ガウリー、あらゆる吉祥を授ける御方を。

It emphasizes worship of Gaurī as Mahāmāyā and Maheśvarī—Śiva’s inseparable power—showing that auspiciousness (kalyāṇa) arises when devotion recognizes the unity of Pati (Śiva) with His Śakti.
By calling Gaurī “śiva-saṃyuktā,” the verse frames Saguna worship as honoring Śiva together with His manifest power; Linga worship in the Shiva Purana is likewise fulfilled when approached with reverence for Śiva-Śakti as one reality.
It points to a devotional upacāra (service) in pūjā—gently swinging the deity (āndolana) as an act of loving attendance—ideally accompanied by mantra-japa (such as the Panchākṣarī, Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and a contemplative remembrance of Śiva-Gaurī’s inseparability.
