Dehāśucitā-vicāraḥ
Inquiry into the Impurity of the Body
स्त्रीष्वध्यासितचित्तस्य ये पुंसः शुक्रबिन्दवः । ते सुखाय न मन्यन्ते स्वेदजा इव ते तथा
strīṣvadhyāsitacittasya ye puṃsaḥ śukrabindavaḥ | te sukhāya na manyante svedajā iva te tathā
女に心を執着させた男において、その迷いより生ずる精の滴は、真の安楽の因とは見なされない;その点でそれらは、汗より生まれるもののごとく卑しく、はかない。

It warns that pleasure born from obsessive sense-fixation is not lasting sukha; in Shaiva Siddhanta terms, such craving strengthens pāśa (bondage) and turns awareness away from Shiva, the true source of bliss.
Linga-worship trains the mind to move from sense-objects to Shiva as the supreme focus; this verse highlights why redirecting attention from kāma to devotion (bhakti) and inner steadiness is essential for approaching Saguna Shiva and realizing His grace.
Practice sense-restraint with japa of the Panchakshara (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), and steady the mind through Shiva-dhyāna; support it with Shaiva disciplines like Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa as reminders of vairāgya and purity.
