Cosmic Measures and the Arrangement of the Heavenly Spheres

Cosmic Event: trans-brahmāṇḍic hierarchy culminating in Umā-loka; Śakti as trideva-janani (source of triad)
It points to a highest, luminous reality where Śakti (Umā/Śivā) is revealed as the single, sovereign divine power—inseparable from Śiva—through whom cosmic functions and the triad of deities are manifested.
The verse supports Saguna worship by affirming the accessible divine fullness of Śiva together with Śakti; Linga-worship honors Śiva as Pati, while devotion to Umā-Śivā recognizes the same Supreme as both consciousness (Śiva) and power (Śakti).
Meditate on the inseparability of Śiva-Śakti while chanting the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and offer bilva leaves to the Liṅga, contemplating Umā as the radiant Śakti within all worship.
