तथोद्विग्नोतिसंतप्तो न भक्ष्यैर्मन्यते सुखम् । अभावादग्रतोऽन्यस्य प्रतिकल्पं दिनेदिने
tathodvignotisaṃtapto na bhakṣyairmanyate sukham | abhāvādagrato'nyasya pratikalpaṃ dinedine
かくして、心乱れ深く苦しむ彼は、たとえ美味なる食であっても幸福とは思わなくなる。日ごとに、刹那ごとに、必要なものの欠乏が、消えぬ重荷のように眼前に立ちはだかるからである。
