そのとき、激しく渦巻く戦いが起こった。驚嘆すべき、身の毛もよだつ合戦である。そこでは一方にクリシュナらが立ち、他方にルドラたちと、矢をもって守る同盟の弓持つ護衛が対した。

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Rudra
It portrays the awe-inspiring power of Śiva’s manifested forces (the Rudras) in the cosmic order, showing that even divine conflicts unfold under Pati (Śiva) as the supreme governor of dharma and destiny.
The Rudras here represent Saguna expressions of Śiva’s protecting and regulating power; Linga worship trains the devotee to see these changing forms and events as rooted in the one Lord beyond all conflict.
Contemplate Śiva as Pati who rules all forces, and steady the mind with japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” especially when facing inner agitation symbolized by the ‘tumultuous battle.’
