吉祥なる御方よ、あなたが修した苦行(タパス)は、その正しき果を自ら結びました。どうして他のあり方がありましょう。まさにその果報が、あるべきとおりにあなたのうちに生じたのです。

Role: teaching
It affirms the dharmic certainty that sincere tapas (austerity offered with devotion) matures into its proper fruit, and that Shiva’s grace manifests in accordance with that spiritual effort and inner purity.
In Shaiva practice, worship of Saguna Shiva—often through Linga-puja—includes disciplined vows, japa, and self-restraint. The verse reinforces that such worship and tapas are not vain; their fruit naturally ripens under Shiva’s governing compassion and order.
Undertake tapas supported by daily Shiva-upasana: Panchakshara japa (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), simple vrata observance, and steady meditation with purity of conduct—so the intended fruit arises without deviation.
