「私の命により、彼らを二人のクマーラ(童子)と共に今日出発させよ。バドラカーリーもまた自らの軍勢を率いて戦場へ向かわせよ。シャンカチューダを討つため、私も今日ただちに出陣する。」
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Kālāntaka
Shakti Form: Kālī
Role: destructive
It presents Shiva as Pati—the supreme Lord who directs all divine powers to restore dharma. The outward battle symbolizes the inner removal of egoic and demonic tendencies, accomplished by Shiva’s decisive grace.
Though Shiva is ultimately Nirguṇa, this verse highlights Saguna Shiva as the active protector and ruler of cosmic order. Linga-worship trains the devotee to take refuge in that supreme Lord whose will governs both peace and righteous action.
Adopt the attitude of śaraṇāgati (surrender): chant the Pañcākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” with steady resolve, and offer Tripuṇḍra-bhasma as a reminder that Shiva swiftly burns obstacles and impurities.
