विचार्येत्थं ततस्तेषां भगवान्पुरुषोत्तमः । कर्तुं व्यवस्थितः पश्चाद्धर्मविघ्नं सुरारिणाम्
vicāryetthaṃ tatasteṣāṃ bhagavānpuruṣottamaḥ | kartuṃ vyavasthitaḥ paścāddharmavighnaṃ surāriṇām
かく思惟してのち、福徳具足の至上者プルショーत्तマは、神々の敵のダルマに障碍を起こし、その不義の勢力を抑えんと決意した。

It shows that the Divine, after discernment, actively restrains forces that masquerade as “dharma” but serve adharma—affirming that true dharma aligns with cosmic order and liberation, not egoic power.
In Shaiva understanding, Saguna worship (Linga, mantra, and devotion) invokes the Lord’s grace to remove inner and outer obstacles—especially those that obstruct righteous living and spiritual progress.
A practical takeaway is steady japa of the Panchakshara (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa, praying for the removal of dharmic obstacles and the subduing of harmful tendencies.
