आर्तिहंत्रे स्वदासानां सुखदाय शुभाय च । पीताम्बराय हरये तार्क्ष्ययानाय ते नमः । सर्वक्रियायैककर्त्रे शरण्याय नमोनमः
ārtihaṃtre svadāsānāṃ sukhadāya śubhāya ca | pītāmbarāya haraye tārkṣyayānāya te namaḥ | sarvakriyāyaikakartre śaraṇyāya namonamaḥ
汝に礼拝す—汝は自らの僕らの苦悩を除き、安楽と吉祥を授けたまう。黄衣をまとい、タークシャ(ガルダ)に乗るハリに礼拝す。あらゆる行為をただ一人なす者、守護を求むる者の帰依処なる汝に、重ねて礼拝す。

Though addressed to Hari in saguna form (pītāmbara, Garuḍa-rider), the Shiva Purana often frames devotion as one-pointed surrender to the Supreme Lord; for Shaiva Siddhānta, such praise supports bhakti that culminates in grace (anugraha) and steadfast worship of Shiva/Śiva-liṅga as the ultimate refuge.
