जगन्मोहिन्यभिख्याता त्रैलोक्येप्यति सुन्दरी । परिणेतुमहं विष्णो तामिच्छाम्यद्य मा चिरम्
jaganmohinyabhikhyātā trailokyepyati sundarī | pariṇetumahaṃ viṣṇo tāmicchāmyadya mā ciram
おおヴィシュヌよ、彼女は「世界を惑わす者」として名高く、三界においても比類なく美しい。私は今日ただちに、遅滞なく彼女を娶りたい。

The verse highlights how even exalted cosmic powers can become moved by moha (enchantment). In a Shaiva Siddhanta lens, it points to the binding power of māyā and desire, which only devotion to Pati (Lord Shiva) ultimately transcends.
By showing the instability of attraction and worldly fascination, the narrative implicitly directs the seeker toward Saguna Shiva worship (such as Linga-pūjā) as a stabilizing focus—training the mind toward the Lord who is beyond māyā yet compassionate within form.
A practical takeaway is japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with bhasma (tripuṇḍra) and rudrākṣa to counter moha, cultivating vairāgya (dispassion) and steadiness in devotion.
