Transliteration

vṛtā gauśca pradātavyā balīvardastathaiva ca | marīcisaṃbhavā pūjā śatrornāśakarī smṛtā

Translation

正しい作法により飾られ、しかるべく受納された牝牛を施し、同様に牡牛も施すべし。「マリーチ」（marīci、光の光線）より生じた供物—すなわち儀礼に用いるギーなどの清浄でサットヴァ的な品—によるプージャーは、敵（内外の障碍）を滅するものとして記憶される。
