Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It emphasizes reverent approach (namaskāra) and conscious nearness to Śiva through disciplined worship, showing that devotion expressed through proper conduct leads the soul (paśu) toward Śiva’s grace (anugraha).
By listing liṅgas made of earth, gold, and silver, the verse affirms Saguna worship through the liṅga as a sanctified support for meditation and devotion, where Śiva is approached as present and accessible to the devotee.
Offer obeisance, then approach the liṅga in a focused manner for household pūjā—treating the shrine as Śiva’s sannidhi—supporting steady bhakti and inward recollection of Śiva (often alongside mantra-japa such as the Pañcākṣarī).
