दक्षयज्ञे सत्या अपमानबोधः — Satī Encounters Disrespect at Dakṣa’s Sacrifice

その後、聖仙よ、女神サティーは母と父に礼拝した。だが諸世界がことごとく辱められたゆえに、彼女はなお激しい驚愕に包まれ、胸の内は鎮まらなかった。

It shows Satī’s dharmic restraint—she offers due respect to her parents—yet her intense shock arises from the cosmic offense of dishonoring Shiva (Pati), indicating that devotion to Shiva is not merely personal sentiment but a principle that upholds the moral-spiritual order.
Satī’s reaction underscores that Saguna Shiva—revered through Linga worship and devotional rites—is not to be treated as an ordinary being; contempt toward Shiva is portrayed as a world-humiliating transgression, reinforcing reverence in Shiva-pūjā and Linga-sevā.
The practical takeaway is to cultivate reverential humility (namaskāra) and protect oneself from Shiva-aparādha; daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with calm remembrance of Shiva as Pati supports inner steadiness when facing insult or conflict.
