yathāyogyaṃ nijasthānaṃ praviśya sa satīsakhaḥ | mumude'tīva devarṣe bhavācārakaraśśivaḥ
おお天なる賢者よ、しかるべく己が住処に入り、サティの親しき伴侶にして、世の正しき行いを定める主シヴァは、ことのほか大いに歓喜された。

The verse presents Shiva as both transcendent and immanent: though the supreme Pati (Lord), he also “establishes proper conduct” (bhavācāra), showing that dharma and inner joy can coexist when life is aligned with right order and devotion.
By describing Shiva’s personal movement, abode, and relationship with Sati, the text emphasizes Saguna Shiva—worshipped with form and attributes—supporting devotional approaches such as Linga worship where the Lord is approached as present, gracious, and relational.
The practical takeaway is to cultivate “yathāyogya” living—daily discipline aligned with dharma—supported by Shaiva practice such as japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and mindful observance of purity and right conduct.
