It highlights recognition of the Goddess as Jagadambikā—the cosmic Mother—showing that true auspiciousness begins when the heart reveres Divine Shakti; in Shaiva Siddhanta, Pati (Shiva) and Shakti act inseparably for grace and worldly order.
By honoring Jagadambikā in the mind, the verse points to inner bhakti as the foundation of Saguna worship—where Shiva is adored with attributes and forms—since devotion to Shiva is traditionally complete with reverence to Shakti, the power through which Shiva’s worship bears fruit.
A simple takeaway is mānasa-pūjā (mental worship): daily remembrance of Shiva with Shakti in the heart—optionally supported by japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and wearing rudrākṣa or applying tripuṇḍra as outer aids to inner devotion.
