ब्रह्मोवाच । एवं यावदभूत्तेषां संवादस्तत्र चादरात् । तावत्सर्वे समायाताः पर्वतेंद्रस्य मंत्रिणः
brahmovāca | evaṃ yāvadabhūtteṣāṃ saṃvādastatra cādarāt | tāvatsarve samāyātāḥ parvateṃdrasya maṃtriṇaḥ
ブラフマーは言った。「彼らの敬虔なる対話がその場で続いていたまさにその時、山々の主の大臣たちが皆そろって到来した。」

It highlights maryādā (reverent conduct) in sacred dialogue and shows how worldly order (ministers and counsel) moves in harmony with the divine unfolding of Shiva–Parvati’s narrative.
Though the verse is narrative, it supports Saguna Shiva-bhakti by setting the scene for Shiva’s līlā through Parvati and her lineage; devotion in the Purana often grows through such contextual events rather than direct ritual instruction.
The implied practice is ādarayukta-smaraṇa—remembering and reciting the Purana with respect; devotees may accompany reading with Panchakshara japa (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) to align the mind with Shiva-bhakti.
