śivabhakto harisamassiddhastu kapilātparaḥ | buddhyā bṛhaspatisamassamatvena vidhessamaḥ

Translation

シヴァに帰依する者はハリ（ヴィシュヌ）のごとく成就し、さらにカピラをも凌ぐ。智慧においてはブリハスパティに等しく、平等なる心の安住においてはヴィディ（ブラフマー）に等しい。
