まことに、ディティの子はヴァジャーンガ(Vajāṅga)と名づけられ、神にも比すべき光輝をもって現れた。名にふさわしい身を備えた勇士で、生まれ落ちた瞬間から甚だ強大であった。

The verse highlights that extraordinary strength and brilliance can arise even in asuric lineages; in Shaiva understanding, such power is still within māyā and does not equal liberation, which comes through devotion to Pati (Śiva) and right orientation of consciousness.
By presenting mere birth-power as insufficient, the narrative implicitly contrasts worldly might with the higher refuge of Saguna Śiva worship—approaching Śiva (often through Liṅga-upāsanā) as the Lord who grants purification and true auspiciousness beyond asuric pride.
The practical takeaway is to seek Śiva’s grace rather than rely on egoic strength—daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") with a simple attitude of humility is the most fitting practice in this context.
