svātmajaṃ svāṃkamāropya kumāraṃ sūryavarcasam | lālayāmāsa suprītyā śivā ca snehasaṃkulā

Translation

シヴァー（パールヴァティー）は、太陽のごとく輝くわが子クマーラを膝に抱き、あふれる慈愛に満ちて、大いなる歓喜のうちに撫でさすり、いとおしく慈しんだ。
