पवमानो अभ्यर्षा सुवीर्यमुर्वीं गव्यूतिं महि शर्म सप्रथः । माकिर्नो अस्य परिषूतिरीशतेन्दो जयेम त्वया धनंधनम् ॥
Transliteration
pavámāno abhyàrṣā su-vī́ryam urvī́ṃ gavyū́tiṃ máhi śárma sa-práthāḥ | mā́kir no asyá pári-sūtir ī́śaténdo jayéma tváyā dhánaṃ-dhanam ||
Translation
ソーマよ、浄められつつあるあなたは、英雄の力を、広き光の牧場（gavyūti）を、そして大いなる、遠くまで広がる安らぎの庇護を携えて、われらへと流れ来たれ。この闇の取り巻く圧迫が、われらを支配することなかれ。インドゥよ、あなたとともに、われらは富に次ぐ富を征し得ん――つねに新たなる満ち満ちた豊穣を。
