परि णो देववीतये वाजाँ अर्षसि गोमतः । पुनान इन्दविन्द्रयुः ॥
Transliteration
pári no deva-vītáye vā́jāṃ arṣasi gó-mataḥ | punānó indav indrā-yúḥ ||
Translation
われらのためにめぐり流れよ、神々の歓喜のために。光り輝く牛群より湧くヴァージャ（vāja、勝力・糧）の流れを。浄めるインドゥ（Indu）、インドラを希う者よ――力の充溢と知の光線を、われらのうちに運び入れよ。
