आ पवस्व महीमिषं गोमदिन्दो हिरण्यवत् । अश्वावद्वाजवत्सुतः ॥
Transliteration
ā́ pavasva mahī́m íṣaṃ gómad indo híraṇyavat | áśvāvad vā́javat sutáḥ ||
Translation
われらへと流れ来たれ、インドゥ（Indu）よ、広大なる養いを携えて。光の牛（go）に富み、黄金の輝き（hiraṇya）に富み、馬の生命力（aśva）に富み、力と充溢のヴァージャ（vāja）に富む、搾り出されて祭儀の働きに供される者よ。
