अश्वो वोळ्हा सुखं रथं हसनामुपमन्त्रिणः । शेपो रोमण्वन्तौ भेदौ वारिन्मण्डूक इच्छतीन्द्रायेन्दो परि स्रव ॥
Transliteration
aśvó vóḷhā sukhaṃ ráthaṃ hasanā́m upa-mantríṇaḥ | śépo rómaṇvantau bhedáu vā́rin maṇḍū́ka icchatī́ndrāyéndo pári srava ||
Translation
馬は軽やかな車を運ぶ。呼び交わす声は、喜びのうちに唱和する。生み出す力はその躍動をもって障碍を打ち破り、水の中の蛙さえ（雨・目覚めを）希う。おおインドゥよ、インドラのために、めぐり流れ、前へとほとばしれ。
