आ नो अश्वावदश्विना वर्तिर्यासिष्टं मधुपातमा नरा । गोमद्दस्रा हिरण्यवत् ॥

Transliteration

ā́ no áśvāvad aśvinā vartír yāsiṣṭaṃ madhupātamā narā | gómad dasrā hiraṇyávat ||

Translation

アシュヴィン双神よ、駿馬の力に満ちた道筋によりて、われらのもとへ来たれ。甘露（マドゥ）を最もよく飲む者、勇士なる二柱よ、来たれ。驚異の者（ダーサラ）よ、光り輝く豊饒をもたらせ――牛の富（go-mat、光明と知の光線）に富み、黄金の富（hiraṇya-vat、金色の充満）に富めるものを。
