यो ब्रह्मणे सुमतिमायजाते वाजस्य सातौ परमस्य रायः । सीक्षन्त मन्युं मघवानो अर्य उरु क्षयाय चक्रिरे सुधातु ॥

yó bráhmaṇe sumatím ā́yajāte vā́jasya sātáu paramásya rā́yaḥ | sī́kṣanta manyúṃ maghávāno aryá urú kṣayā́ya cakrire sudhā́tu ||

ブラフマン(brahman)に善き思いをもって供犠する者は、勝利の獲得において力の充溢と最高の福楽を得る。高貴なる施与者たちはその憤勇(manyu)を研ぎ澄まし、定住の増益のために広き住処を築いた——よく据えられて。
