तं पृच्छन्ती वज्रहस्तं रथेष्ठामिन्द्रं वेपी वक्वरी यस्य नू गीः । तुविग्राभं तुविकूर्मिं रभोदां गातुमिषे नक्षते तुम्रमच्छ ॥
Transliteration
táṃ pṛcchántī vájra-hastaṃ ratheṣṭhā́m índraṃ vepī́ vákvarī yásya nú gī́ḥ | tuvī-grā́bhaṃ tuvi-kū́rmiṃ rabho-dā́ṃ gātúm iṣé nákṣate túmram áccha ||
Translation
問いかけつつ――金剛を手にし、戦車に堅く立つインドラへと、わが震え、うねる歌は今向かう。強くつかむ者、多く前進する者、激しい力を授ける者へと、それは道を求めて、猛き御方に届く。
