ucchántyāṃ me yajatā́ deva-kṣátre rúśad-gavi | sutáṃ sómaṃ ná hastíbhir ā́ paṭ́bhir dhā́vataṃ narā bibhrátāv arcanā́nasam ||

わが祭火の立ちのぼるとき、神なる王権をもち、光り輝く牛群を具える愛すべき二柱よ、速き道を駆けてここに来たれ。力ある手をもつかのごとく、搾りしソーマへと馳せ来たれ、勇士なる二つの力よ、讃歌の歓喜を携えて。
