Transliteration
ā́ yāhy ádribhiḥ sutáṃ sómaṃ soma-pate piba | vṛ́ṣann índra vṛ́ṣabhir vṛtrahantama ||
Translation
石にて搾りしソーマを携えて来たれ、ソーマの主よ、飲め。雄牛なるインドラよ、雄牛の力とともに来たれ—最も強きヴリトラ（Vṛtra）殺しよ—その力がわれらのうちに呼び覚まされ、勝利となるために。
