अग्निर्जातो अरोचत घ्नन्दस्यूञ्ज्योतिषा तमः । अविन्दद्गा अपः स्वः ॥
Transliteration
agnír jā́to árocata ghnán dasyū́n jyótiṣā támaḥ | ávindad gā́ ápaḥ svàḥ ||
Translation
アグニ（Agni）は生まれるや輝き現れ、光をもってダスユ（Dasyu）を打ち倒し、闇を殺す。彼は牛（光の光線）と水と、天の光（svaḥ）を見いだす。
