तन्नस्तुरीपमध पोषयित्नु देव त्वष्टर्वि रराणः स्यस्व । यतो वीरः कर्मण्यः सुदक्षो युक्तग्रावा जायते देवकामः ॥
Transliteration
tán nas turī́pam ádha poṣayitnú deva tvaṣṭar ví rarā́ṇaḥ syasva | yáto vīráḥ karmaṇyàḥ su-dákṣo yuktá-grāvā jā́yate devá-kāmaḥ ||
Translation
その迅く駆り立てる増益を、養い手よ、われらのために育てたまえ。神なるトヴァシュトリ（Tvaṣṭṛ）よ、広く歓喜をもって顕れたまえ。汝より、業に適う英雄が生まれる—善き洞察を備え、搾りの石はすでに轭され（yuktagrāva）、神々を希い慕う者（devakāma）として。
