शतं वा यस्य दश साकमाद्य एकस्य श्रुष्टौ यद्ध चोदमाविथ । अरज्जौ दस्यून्त्समुनब्दभीतये सुप्राव्यो अभवः सास्युक्थ्यः ॥
Transliteration
śatáṃ vā yásya dáśa sākám ā́dya ékasya śruṣṭáu yád dha códám ā́vitha | arájjau dasyū́nt sám unabd dabhī́taye suprā́vyo abhavaḥ sá āsy ukthyáḥ ||
Translation
百であれ、十が共であれ——ただ一人の呼びかけに、汝はその衝き（ちから）とともに来臨した。戦列において汝はダスユ（Dasyu）らを束ね、彼らを狼狽させるために縛り上げた。汝は最上の守護者となった——まことに彼こそ、この讃歌の真の主題である。
