यो हत्वाहिमरिणात्सप्त सिन्धून्यो गा उदाजदपधा वलस्य । यो अश्मनोरन्तरग्निं जजान संवृक्समत्सु स जनास इन्द्रः ॥
Transliteration
yó hatvā́him áriṇāt saptá síndhūn yó gā́ udā́jad apadhā́ válasya | yó aśmánoḥ antár agníṃ jajā́na saṃvṛ́k samátsu sá janāsa índraḥ ||
Translation
アヒ（Ahi、蛇）を討って七つの河を解き放ち、ヴァラ（Vala）に隠された光の牛（光線）を上へと駆り立て、二つの石のあいだに、戦いのさなか火を生み出した者——民よ、それこそインドラ（Indra）である。
