तमोषधीर्दधिरे गर्भमृत्वियं तमापो अग्निं जनयन्त मातरः । तमित्समानं वनिनश्च वीरुधोऽन्तर्वतीश्च सुवते च विश्वहा ॥
Transliteration
tám oṣádhīr dadhire gárbham ṛtviyáṃ tám ā́po agníṃ janayanta mātáraḥ | tám ít samānám vanínaś ca vīrúdho ’ntárvatīś ca súvate ca viśváhā ||
Translation
薬草らは彼を、季節にかなう胚として宿し、水なる母たちは、そのアグニ（Agni）を産み出した。同一なる者、つねに同一なる彼を、木々と蔓草、胎を宿す生長のものどもが、日々絶えず生み、動かしつづける。
