Devata: Vasus (collective luminous powers); implicitly the divine helpers in attainment

वसूनां वा चर्कृष इयक्षन्धिया वा यज्ञैर्वा रोदस्योः । अर्वन्तो वा ये रयिमन्तः सातौ वनुं वा ये सुश्रुणं सुश्रुतो धुः ॥

vasū́nāṃ vā carkṛṣá iyákṣan dhiyā́ vā yajñáir vā ródasyoḥ | árvanto vā yé rayimántaḥ sātáu vánam vā yé su-śrúṇam su-śrúto dhuḥ ||

ヴァス(Vasus)のうちには、ある者は烈しい内なる労作によって励み、ある者は光明の思惟によって、またある者は天と地を結ぶ祭祀によって成就する。ある者は疾き駿馬のごとく、ラユ(rayi、豊饒の富)に満ち、征服の勝利において充溢を得る。ある者は善き聴聞と正しき聴聞——その聴く力を担う。
