देवास आयन्परशूँरबिभ्रन्वना वृश्चन्तो अभि विड्भिरायन् । नि सुद्र्वं दधतो वक्षणासु यत्रा कृपीटमनु तद्दहन्ति ॥
Transliteration
devā́sa ā́yan paraśū́m̐r abíbhran vánā vṛścántaḥ abhí viḍbhír ā́yan | ní su-drvaṃ dádhato vakṣaṇā́su yátrā kṛpī́ṭam ánu tád dahanti ||
Translation
神々は斧を携えて来たり、森を伐り開きつつ、諸氏族とともに進み来たる。彼らは良き木を支えに据え、そこにて—それに従い—這い回る虫を焼き尽くす。かくして諸力は内に噛み食らうものを払い清める。
