सूर्यं चक्षुर्गच्छतु वातमात्मा द्यां च गच्छ पृथिवीं च धर्मणा । अपो वा गच्छ यदि तत्र ते हितमोषधीषु प्रति तिष्ठा शरीरैः ॥
Transliteration
sū́ryaṃ cákṣur gacchatu vā́tam ātmā́ dyā́ṃ ca gaccha pṛthivī́ṃ ca dhármaṇā | apó vā gaccha yádi tátra te hitám óṣadhīṣu práti tiṣṭha śárīraiḥ ||
Translation
見る眼は太陽へ赴け、生命の息（プラーナ）は風へ赴け。汝が真実の法（ダルマ）により、天へ、また地へ行け。あるいは、そこが汝の安処なら水々へ行け。草木・薬草のうちに、身体を成す諸力とともに再び立て。
