वि रक्षो वि मृधो जहि वि वृत्रस्य हनू रुज । वि मन्युमिन्द्र वृत्रहन्नमित्रस्याभिदासतः ॥
Transliteration
ví rákṣo ví mṛ́dho jahí ví vṛtrásya hanū́ rujá | ví manyúm indra vṛtrahan amítrasya abhídāsataḥ ||
Translation
闇の羅刹を散らし、襲撃を散らせ、打ち滅ぼせ。妨げる者（Vṛtra）の顎を砕け。おおインドラ、ヴリトラを討つ者よ、われらを圧し伏せんとする敵の憤りを散らせ。
