एभिर्द्युभिः सुमना एभिरिन्दुभिर्निरुन्धानो अमतिं गोभिरश्विना । इन्द्रेण दस्युं दरयन्त इन्दुभिर्युतद्वेषसः समिषा रभेमहि ॥

ebhír dyúbhiḥ sumánā ebhír índubhir nirundhānáḥ ámatiṃ góbhir aśvínā | índreṇa dásyuṃ daráyanta índubhir yutádveṣasaḥ sám iṣā́ rabhémahi ||

これらの光り輝く日々の力により、これらのソーマの滴により、曲がれる意志を抑え、また光の牝牛(go)と迅き双馬(aśvinā)の勢いによって。インドラによって、我らはソーマの力でダスユ(Dasyu、妨げる闇)を裂き破らん。憎しみに対して結び合い、共に神聖な分与(iṣā)をつかみ取らん。
