हनामैनाँ इति त्वष्टा यदब्रवीच्चमसं ये देवपानमनिन्दिषुः । अन्या नामानि कृण्वते सुते सचाँ अन्यैरेनान्कन्या नामभिः स्परत् ॥
Transliteration
hanā́mainā́n íti tvaṣṭā́ yád ábravīc camasáṃ yé devapā́nam ánindiṣuḥ | anyā́ nā́māni kṛṇvate suté sacā́ anyáir enān kanyā́ nā́mabhiḥ sparat ||
Translation
「彼らを打ち倒してやる」—トヴァシュトリ（Tvaṣṭṛ）はそう言った。 神々の飲み物のために、彼らが咎なきものとして作り上げたその杯について語ったときに。 ソーマ（Soma）が搾られるとき、彼らは別の名を作り出す。 別の“乙女の名”によって、彼女は彼らに触れ、彼らを取り込み、心を引き寄せる。
