तद्राधो अद्य सवितुर्वरेण्यं वयं देवस्य प्रसवे मनामहे । अस्मभ्यं द्यावापृथिवी सुचेतुना रयिं धत्तं वसुमन्तं शतग्विनम् ॥
Transliteration
tád rā́dho adyá savitúr váreṇyaṃ vayáṃ devásya pra-savé manāmahe | asmábhyaṃ dyāvā-pṛthivī su-cetúnā rayíṃ dhattaṃ vásu-mantaṃ śatá-gvinam ||
Translation
今日われらは、神の発動（prasava）において、サヴィタル（Savitar）の選び讃うべき充溢（rādhas）を心に抱く。天と地よ、清らかな導き（su-cetu）によって、われらにラユィ（rayi）を授けよ——富みを備え、百倍に増すものを。
