स्वाहाकृतान्या गह्युप हव्यानि वीतये । इन्द्रा गहि श्रुधी हवं त्वां हवन्ते अध्वरे ॥

svāhākṛtāny ā gahy upa havyāni vītaye | indrā gahi śrudhī havaṃ tvāṃ havante adhvare ||

svāhā(スヴァーハー)によって整えられた供物のもとへ近づき、これらの供献を享受し、喜び受けよ。インドラよ、来たれ;この呼びかけを聞け——人々は祭儀(adhvara)において、上昇する意志を成就する力として汝を招く。
