अवसृजन्नुप त्मना देवान्यक्षि वनस्पते । अग्निर्हव्या सुषूदति देवो देवेषु मेधिरः ॥
Transliteration
ava-sṛjánn úpa tmanā́ devā́n yakṣi vanáspate | agnír havyā́ suṣū́dati devó devéṣu médhiraḥ ||
Translation
自らの本性によって放ち、送り出して、木の主ヴァナスパティよ、神々へ捧げよ。火神アグニ（Agni）こそ、神々の中に賢き神として、供物を整え、熟させ、より高き力にふさわしい精髄へと煮練り上げる。
