अङ्गदःप्रतिविद्धाङ्गोवालिपुत्रःप्रतापवान् ।धनुरग्य्रंरथंबाणान्ममर्दतरसाबली ।।।।
aṅgadaḥ pratividdhāṅgo vāliputraḥ pratāpavān | dhanur ugraṃ rathaṃ bāṇān mamarda tarasā balī ||
ヴァーリの勇猛なる子アンガダは、身を射られながらも力強く突進し、敵の猛き弓と戦車と矢を勢いのままに打ち砕いた。
Courageous son of Vali, the mighty Angada encountered with vigour and crumbled the formidable bow (of Sonitaksha), his chariot and arrows.
Steadfastness in righteous duty despite injury: Aṅgada continues the battle for Rāma’s cause even after being struck, showing perseverance aligned with dharma.
In the Laṅkā war, Aṅgada forcefully counterattacks and destroys the enemy’s weaponry and chariot setup.
