サウミトリが鋭い切っ先を持つ最上の矢を発動させると、方角は震え、月と日と大いなる惑星、さらには天も地も恐れに打たれて揺らいだ。
As Saumithri charged the sharp pointed foremost arrow, the directions, moon, Sun and other planets and the sky, earth, and all space shook.
The cosmic trembling imagery magnifies the moral gravity of the battle: Lakṣmaṇa’s weapon is deployed in service of righteous order (dharma) against adharma, showing that actions aligned with dharma carry world-shaping consequence.
Satya is implied through the epic’s narrative stance that the righteous cause is real and binding: the universe itself ‘responds’ to the decisive act, reinforcing the truth-value of dharmic action and its inevitable impact.
