というのも彼は、大王よ、至上のマヘーシュヴァラを供犠によって礼拝し、世にも稀なる恩寵(賜物)を得たのだ。
"Oh! Great King! By performing supreme sacrifices, Indrajith obtained boons from Lord Maheswara, which are very difficult to get."
Divine favor and ritual power are not dharma by themselves; dharma depends on how power is used—boons become ethically meaningful only when aligned with righteousness and truth.
To strengthen morale, the speaker explains that Indrajit gained an exceptionally rare boon by worshipping Śiva through sacrifice.
Religious discipline and the capacity to obtain divine boons—paired with the implied responsibility to use such gifts rightly.
