Kumbhakarna’s Departure for Battle
आददेनिशितंशूलंवेगाच्छत्रुनिबर्हणम् ।सर्वकालायसंदीप्तंतप्तकाञ्चनभूषणम् ।।।।
ādade niśitaṃ śūlaṃ vegāc chatrunibarhaṇam |
sarvakālāyasaṃ dīptaṃ taptakāñcanabhūṣaṇam ||
彼は勢いよく、敵を滅ぼす鋭きシュ―ラを取り上げた。黒鉄のごとく輝き、灼けた黄金の飾りに彩られていた。
The destroyer of enemies, hurriedly seized a whetted flaming iron dart, embellished with polished gold.
