ゆえに、恐るべき武勇の者よ、すべての力を奮い起こせ。あらゆる生きとし生けるものの中に、汝に等しい強者は見当たらぬ。
The ten headed Ravana seeing Kumbhakarna, was delighted and got up quickly and made him come close to him.
The verse illustrates how extraordinary ability creates responsibility; dharma asks that strength be exercised for protection and justice, not merely for a relative’s cause.
Rāvaṇa urges Kumbhakarṇa to fully deploy his power, asserting his unmatched strength.
Vīrya (heroic strength) is foregrounded; the ethical lens of the epic stresses that vīrya must be guided by satya and dharma.
